Shipping Costs

For orders under €200.00, a shipping fee of €5.00 will be charged. For orders over €200.00, shipping is free.

Delivery Area

Currently, we only deliver within Belgium. If there is demand for international shipping, this may change.

Processing time

Since all clothing items are made only after they are ordered, there is a processing time of 1 month. This time is needed for cutting the fabric, stitching the garment, packing, and shipping.

As a customer, I understand that waiting a month may not always be ideal. I will do everything I can to minimize this waiting time. If there is a high volume of orders and your order is delayed, this will be communicated in a timely manner.

Delivery and Receipt

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code. You can use this code to track your package. WomMan Clothes is not responsible for delays due to force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances.

Loss or Damage

During Shipping If a package is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We will work together to find an appropriate solution.

Returns

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re sorry to hear that, but it can happen. Please email me as soon as possible at [email protected] with the issue. If the item is damaged, please be sure to include a photo. Below are answers to common questions regarding returning orders.

Custom-Made Items

Since the clothing is made based on the customer’s preferences and is not a standard product, a custom-made item cannot be returned. There is no guarantee that I can resell the piece.

If the issue is not a wrong purchase but rather a defect, please feel free to contact me. We will work together to find a solution.

Return Period

You can return standard products within 14 days of the delivery date. The product must be unused and in the same condition as when received. Returns after 14 days will not be accepted.

How to Return
  • Contact us via [email protected] to report your return.

  • When you receive the return form, make sure to pack everything back in its original packaging and ensure all parts are included.

  • Attach the return label to the package and drop it off at the nearest shipping point.

  • Returns are at your own risk and cost. WomMan Clothes is not responsible for the loss of return shipments. Always keep your tracking receipt until your return arrives.

Return Refund

If the item is unused and undamaged, the purchase amount will be refunded. It is important to note that the return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer, unless it was a mistake on my part.

Refund Processing Time

Once the return package has arrived and been checked, you will receive an email notification. The purchase amount should be refunded to your account within 14 days.
